Besides Greyhound they fail to mention other alternate legit curbside bus operators such as Megabus. I've seen a lot with Asian Bus operators. I don't blame the NTSB for what they did!

Yet everytime the NTSB or the Canadian equivalent cracks down and punishes these operators, they claim racism or racial profiling. They are in the wrong and try to get out of it by crying discrimination.

All what the NTSB needs to do is seize one of their buses and maintenance records and prove to a judge that they should not operate! What discrimination will they be crying for? If a operator can't maintain their buses then they should not operate! It's the same for a criminal; you do the crime, you do the time! lol

I couldn't agree with you more. Unfortunately I have been told by an officer of the CVSE (Commercial Vehicle Safety Enforcement) here in BC that for every one of these Asian operators they inspect, they have to inspect ten legitimate carriers in order to avoid the racism card being played. Yet even if they follow this policy the card still gets played.
