They have no money in the budget to increase service hours and with ridership at capping out on the busier routes they have no choice as some trips on the busier routes are leaving riders on the sidewalk as the buses are crushed loaded. They brought back the 20 mins to each branch on the 901 and it does not run north of the college from morning peak until late evening so that will help keep buses on track.

Industry is short for something that large or a charter on short notice I'm not shocked they did not get all the coaches they asked for.

Still being used for storage by the city or some city departments

long term plans are for a new paramedic station and mixed use housing with affordable housing as part of it in the form of towers
