So we have Translink buses in Edmonton AND Halifax! Now let's get one here! :D

There are no Translink buses in Edmonton anymore.

Apparently the bus wasn't even painted into Translink colors, it was just given a giant Vinyl wrap of the scheme.

That's how all the production Novas are too.

That stupid vinyl wrap also got the scheme wrong too, something which was then adopted into the order itself as well. A real shame really, the NFI D40LFR and other buses in the "R" series look substantially better. I was really hoping it would be fixed with the second order, but apparently we're just stoicking with it.

The body shapes of a D40LFR, and LFS are virtually the same as far as the paint scheme is concerned. A lot different to the bus fan, but a 3D rectangle is a 3D rectangle....

Yes, demo!
More and more transit system are sticking to LF because of economical issues! Where as HF, it will be a rare to see in much future times!

As of April 2009, I have finally rode Nova Classic T-drive, two types of different engine! Which ones is better? Series 50 all the way man!

2011 Charter: Able to manage to attend as there are some good ones to go for!

Isn't this bus now repainted and operated by Ville de Mont-Tremblant?

That picture would have been taken July-Sept 2007 it was around when I first started. I was lucky enough to have a chance to drive it while I was in training <_<
I would love to see a pic of it now repainted

Yeah, I did, and I can confirm myself as well

No fleet number applied to it, so I can't tell you what unit it is.

And this is the only picture I've got. Bus is on a route 65 Astral at the Woodside Ferry Terminal (not taken by me)

This is a bit odd....it;s not one of the units currently being delivered (taillight layout is wrong) and in fact does not resemble
any TransLink unit, demo or not. The original TransLink demo was delivered to a customer, and repainted.

Hey does anyone there have a roster, including serials, for all the New Flyers delivered since 2005?

The vinyl wrap makes sense, since Vancouvers' paint scheme seems to change with the wind, this way the whole fleet can be repainted, um, redecaled, overnight when the Fraser Area Regional Transit
takes over! RIDE THE FART! SkyFART, SeaFART, RoadFART, HandiFART, it's all the same crap!

Take the FART!

Yeah I believe it was determined that this demo was not a Translink bus, but I can't exactly recall why it was in that livery.
