They are using the Blue Birds but only as a last resort, when we run out of buses, which happens every day usually in the afternoon. They stopped using them on Sundays for a few weeks. Not sure if thats staying that way or not for the time being. 1 or 2 make it out usually... the rest just sit in the garage.

So the best place to find them nowadays would be Bronte station in the PM peak? How about some time after (i.e. around 7:30 PM?)

Gotta document disagreeable lemons... ;)

Orion VII 4102 is back from refurb at MTB. Still waiting for 4106. I have no idea if they're doing the last 3 this year or not.

Orion VI 9911 and (most likely the final decision) 2102 are off the road for good. The transmission on 9911 is gone and has severe rust on the frame near the rear of the bus... 2102, they are still awaiting word on a used differential but it doesn't look like they can find out, or even for a cheap price.

I think they are going to send 9901 and 9910 to scrap shortly. They were swapping scrap tires today.

Still awaiting 4106's return from MTB rebuild program.

Couldnt they just change on the differential on 2102 with 9911's?

Hmm, so I'm assuming 9910 had retired recently too?

The answer is no, the 99 have ZF axle while the 01 have Meritor axle!
More and more transit system are sticking to LF because of economical issues! Where as HF, it will be a rare to see in much future times!

As of April 2009, I have finally rode Nova Classic T-drive, two types of different engine! Which ones is better? Series 50 all the way man!

2011 Charter: Able to manage to attend as there are some good ones to go for!

actually that's not entirely true.
The mounts for the radius rods should be in the same places. Logically I can't think of any reason why you couldn't.
Having said all that, I've never converted one myself, so I can't say for sure.
Problem?
