does anyone know where I can get a list of bus manufacturers sorted by sales, or revenue, or size? I know in Canada, the big ones are New Flyer and Orion, as well as Nova. I know that in the US they still buy GM busses, and MCI's and Gillig, Flxible, and NABI as well as some companies that have gone under. I know Van Hool makes busses in Europe, as well as Dennis and Volvo. beyond that my knoweldge is limited, and even compared to one another I dont know which of the companies I listed is larger. can anyone help me out?

GM and Flxible do not produce buses anymore.

Not sure where you could get it listed by those specifications, but I can list some of the manufacturers that are still producing for North American transit agencies:
Gillig
Motor Coach Industries
New Flyer
North American Bus Industries
Nova Bus
Orion Bus Industries
Prevost
Setra
VanHool

Prevost and Setra make transit style busses?

and thanks for the list, but I have a similar list from Wikipedia already. my problem is it does not sort them by sales. for example on bus photo/drawing sites, Canadian transit agencies seem to have more New Flyers then Orions, but American agencies seem to have enough Orions to compare with almost any other kind of Bus.

Prévost doesn't make transit buses anymore, and so far Setra doesn't make transit buses in North America.
