Update:

I am still awaiting confirmation for a garage visit to the main garage. I will be contacting them again during the week and hopefully having this confirmation ASAP.

We will be departing Allandale Waterfront GO Station (24 Essa Rd, Lakeshore Rd and Tiffin St) at 11:00AM, so please be there for 10:45 for collection of payment. For those taking GO Transit, catch the 65A from Union Station at 8:10AM, with a transfer at Newmarket GO to route 68, arriving at Allandale Waterfront for 10:15AM. For those driving up highway 400, take exit 94 at Essa Rd, turn eastbound, then right onto Gowan St, where parking is available. Return is at approximately 4:00PM.

The current price, based on the number of confirmations I have received, is set for $25. The following list is those who have confirmed their attendance. If you are not on this list and want to attend, or are on the list but are not able to attend, please let me know.

There is also a few Greyhound departures from Yorkdale in the morning for anyone that may be interested. Go is probably a better bet though.

Despite the periods of rain we had, today's charter went extremely well. Thanks to our wonderful driver, John, who was able to pose the bus expertly for our photo stops and navigating through the road closures downtown. I also want to extend my thanks to transit manager George Kaveckas, who gave us a tour of the Welham Road facility, where retired buses 64397, 64497, 64598, 64698, 64998, & 65598 are currently stored.
