You know whats more annoying than a suv stroller on a bus?.................................................not one, not two, not three, but SIX SUV STROLLERS WERE ON A ORION VII HEV-NG on 52 Lawerance west route a couple of days ago, congrats to them for the fact that the bus only managed to squeeze like 2 people on the bus (Me and a friend of mine) and some lady with an suv stroller wanted in and called me and a friend of mine dogs and a waste of space, when clearly, we were in a tight and mildly discomforting position in this bus, and yet shes got the guts to punch the side near the end of the bus without getting electrocuted. When the light turned green, I fully saw a stream of yellowness falling from her skirts above her knees. Heres something I gotta say, AT LEAST I SAVED A BUS FROM BEING A SMELLY PEE PLACE!

Wow... I'm trying to picture that right now and I just can't.... did they all fit in the low-floor section of the bus? 4 on the LF section, and 2 on the HF section. The bus was technically empty. Talk about a waste of 30something seats! -------------------- © YRTeen |

Does the bylaw says that passenger have to make room for the strollers? I bet your arse it doesn’t. So why should they be allowed to, what? take 3 seats because they can’t be bothered to carry their little bundle of crap in their hands?
Idiots who listen to music on the bus... without headphones! It's soooooo annoying (not to mention illegal under the transit bylaw, but no-one cares about that) especially when it's terrible music I had a good time with a few of those jerks some 15 years ago. 4-5 kids were playing loud, obnoxious music on a boom box, and people complained. The driver meekly refused to do anything, even though many passengers asked him to. After about 15 minutes of this oxdung, I got up and confronted them. Of course, they told me to $EXPLECTIVE. Well, I grabbed their boombox, and removed a battery from it, pocketed it, and handed them back the now useless boom box; “you’ll get your battery back when you get off the bus”. Most people in the bus cheered at me, except the old fart sitting in front of me, telling me to return it because “that’s their property” (this is when I realized that the english are really, really, extremely anal about private property). Then the 4-5 kids were around me and hollering to get their battery back, and after a while, after extracting a promise of not playing music anymore, I grudigingly gave back the battery (and the old fart stopped sneering at me).I should have thrown it by the window, because as soon as the battery went back in the boom box, the music started again. But this was just as the bus stopped near a garage, and about 4 other drivers were handy, so the bus driver decided to be a man, and to expel the kids from the bus. I even stood up besides him, ready to defend him where any kid decided to get smart with him… As the bus pulled off (the next one was 30 minutes later) leaving the brats by the curb, a few people waved them saronaya by the windows… -------------------- I just can’t wait to see YUL-BUS charter it’s first first-gen LFS when they go out of service…

When people put checks, in envelopes, in fareboxes. I guarantee you it was stuck there the rest of the day.

The fare box reads [COINS ONLY PLEASE] and [OPERATORS DO NOT CARRY CHANGE] - pretty straight forward you would think.
So a person throws a $100.00 bill in the box and holds out his hand for change.....unbelievable. -------------------- |

Full bus, zipping on the highway at 110 (that’s actually 40 over the limit); HOT, hot, HOT, humid day, last free seat (well-heated by the engine underneath) in the bus under my arse; fat woman right in front of me, next to the only window of the (brand-new) bus that is **NOT** open (mine doesn’t open, it’s the very last one). This after the bus spent 20 minutes doing a sightseeing tour of scenic Lachine in order to avoid the chronic jam on the 2-20.

Just did the same sightseeing tour of Lachine again today, but it was far more bearable standing up right behind the front door, looking ahead, than being cooped up in the back back back backseat over the steam boiler…
And we still went 40 above the limit (I checked the speedometer). -------------------- I just can’t wait to see YUL-BUS charter it’s first first-gen LFS when they go out of service…

People who get one Route 1 that want to get off on 18th Street going Southbound, then basically give this look to the driver when the bus doesn't stop.
![]() Uhh, hello! It doesn't stop on 18th from Victoria Ave. to Richmond Ave.!!!! Look at the maps! -------------------- ![]() My "Home Route" |

For many people, just looking at the map ain't gonna help. They can stare at the map for days and still not comprehend what they are looking at.
Some maps / layouts are better than others. Many people are map-challenged. I have to deal with the map-challenged / transit challenged all day long. -------------------- |
