BCT-3122-D800-10240 Posted March 5, 2008 Report Share Posted March 5, 2008 Can anyone tell me if all 10 of the 1995 D40LF's are still in the active fleet? I never seem to see many of them during the past couple times I have been in Saskatoon and one Bus Operator mentioned that not many of that series were left, but I am not sure if this is true or not. Maybe if we could post spottings of the 9500's and maybe even the 9700's over the next while to see if all are still around. I will go through my photos and see what I got during my trip shortly. Well, I just went through my photos from February 28 of this year and found photos of the following 9500's. #9503, 9505, 9506, 9507, & 9509. So that will narrow it down a bit. And I have found photos of #'s 9702, 9703, & 9707. Also, #9707 is in the new Blue Livery. Is this the only Pre-2002 D40LF in this new livery? Well, I just went through my photos from February 28 of this year and found photos of the following 9500's. #9503, 9505, 9506, 9507, & 9509. So that will narrow it down a bit.And I have found photos of #'s 9702, 9703, & 9707. Also, #9707 is in the new Blue Livery. Is this the only Pre-2002 D40LF in this new livery? 9705 is in the blue. Heh. 9505 is the only one I photographed in the older scheme, the others are all wrapped in full ads. Excellent! Thanks for your help in that. This is pretty much what I thought was the case, but wanted to check. Don't worry about checking out for 9704 as it'll be back if it was just simply broken down. I guess if anyone ever spots a D40LF in the outside compound where there are currently scrapped Classics and Fishbowls, then we gotta start watching for them (D40LF's) again!
