The one they got was from CATA in Michigan. The one in Halifax they have is coming from NFI, as you can tell it has a big NFI logo on it.
As of April 2009, I have finally rode Nova Classic T-drive, two types of different engine! Which ones is better? Series 50 all the way man!
2011 Charter: Able to manage to attend as there are some good ones to go for!

Most likely expansion only. The Classic artics are some of the most used vehicles in the fleet, but they've still got a lot of life left. In fact, several just went through their mid-life rebuilds earlier this year and look and feel great! Most likely the artics would be used for MetroLink, our BRT system. Or a new free downtown shuttle they're talking about implementing.

I don't see how an artic could be used for downtown shuttles. (FRED??)

I'm sure they're also evaluating it for other reasons as well, it's known they want to purchase some new artics someday for both the regular service and MetroLink/BRT.

Yes. Last year, before giving Nova the contract for the 45 artics, Metro Transit ordered two hybrid artics (715 and 716) from New Flyer for a planned downtown shuttle service that was shelved. The two arrived late last month, and they will now be put into regular service sometime in the next few weeks/months.
Really nice photos, by the way, Raymond! Do you work for Transit, or have contacts on the inside?

Contacts on the inside.
I have heard so much talk about these buses And finally decided to check it out for myself.
I think I'm the first with photos of 715 and 716 on the Internet. I couldn't find any other photos
anywhere! You'd think that after a month of testing that there would be maybe 1 photo? but none!!
I hope that I could help
