Nice! That looks like the image was taken at Ogden Point in Victoria, right?

You guys seem impressed by double trailers, well I used to see triples in the lower states just like this.

You will find them in Australia as well. I think they are called the Road train or something like that.

That's neat! Being in Ontario, we aren't used to seeing too many double trailers. It was only recently that Ontario is now allowing a pilot project to allow for two 53' trailers to be hauled in a train. The only 2 companies I've seen doing it so far here are, Canadian Tire, and Hostess/Frito Lay. I know Sysco hauls double trailers, but their trailers are much shorter. Loblaw is looking into trying it out. It would sure come in handy for those runs from Irving Tissue, and Atlantic Packaging.

There are about a dozen or so companies that I seen so far running along the 401

Do you happen to remember which companies you've seen? I drive the 401 daily, and have only seen what I have posted so far. The Hostess/Frito Lay train I saw was actually traveling along the 407! No wonder their chips are so expensive! :D

On the way to Montreal I seen mostly motor carriers there is a few pics too on hanks truck pics but I forget whos they were. I would have to look it up and let you know

Nice! I love the Sisco truck trailers with the silversides look!

Here's a very nice recording of a Kenworth with 13 speeds and a Detroit Diesel two cycle diesel engine. It's either a 8V71 or a 12V71 engine, but not sure.

If you like the old Sisco look get your pics now they change the scheme yet again
