This route was a shuttle between Ontario Place and Exhibition Loop and used sections of Strachan Avenue, Lake Shore Boulevard West, Ontario Place Boulevard, and Remembrance Drive. This route was seasonal and only operated between May and October.

History

Orion VII HEV 1093 at Remembrance Dr & Ontario Place on route 174 Ontario Place-Exhibition.

• May 8, 2022 - New seasonal service begins on this route providing a connection to Ontario Place from bus and streetcar service within the Exhibition grounds.

• June 19, 2022 - Due to frequent closures of the roadways within the CNE grounds, the southbound routing is modified to operate via east along the streetcar right-of-way onto Fleet Street, south on Fort York Boulevard, and west on Lake Shore Boulevard to route.

• July 31, 2022 - Weekend and Holiday service is suspended due to the numerous events requiring road closures within the CNE and Ontario Place grounds. This service change was initially made in June, however, it is reflected in official schedules on this date.

• September 4, 2022 - This route is officially suspended for the season. The route was not reinstated during the 2023 season as it was often disrupted by ActiveTO and various summer events at the CNE and Ontario Place. As a result, the TTC's 2024 Annual Service Plan recommends its permanent discontinuation unless a protected bus roadway is established between Exhibition Loop and Ontario Place.

Overnight Service

Overnight service was not provided, however, the route operated until midnight every day.
