410 22nd Street Station/Railway is a bus route operated by Coast Mountain Bus Company in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Route Details
This route provides an east-west service connecting Steveston, Richmond and New Westminster.
The route departs its western terminus on Chatham at 2nd Avenue heading west to take 7th Avenue northbound becoming Springmont Gate followed by Springmont Drive before turning onto Williams Road eastbound. From Williams Road it turns onto Railway Avenue taking Granville Avenue to Three Road and Richmond-Brighouse Station. It continues north along Three Road turning east onto Cambie Road, Six Road to Highway 91. It continues from Highway 91 onto Westminster Highway exiting at Boundary Road to take Ewen Avenue until Howe Street, Highway 91A by on-ramp to cross the Fraser River and off-ramp onto Marine Drive, 23rd Street and then 7th Avenue to 22nd Street SkyTrain Station.
Westbound trips depart 22nd Street SkyTrain Station west on 7th Avenue, turning onto 20th Street, Marine Way and looping onto Highway 91A. Certain weekday trips Monday to Friday only do not exit Westminster to access Highway 91 but rather continue along Westminster taking Fraserwood Place southbound, Gordon Way westward, Graybar Road to re-enter Westminster Highway and continue to No. 6 Road and the regular routing.
Late evening trips short-turn at Brighouse Station, with alternating trips only between Chatham and 2nd to Brighouse Station, and 22nd Street Station to Brighouse Station, with 60 minute frequencies on each stretch.

- Formerly route 410 22nd Street Stn/Queensboro/Richmond Exchange[1]
- May 1993 - Route extension from 22nd Street Station to Edmonds Station discontinued[2]
- December 1995 - Route revised to provide service in western Queensborough and Hamilton[3]
- September 1998 - Weekdays extended to Richmond Exchange for most of the trips, introduced the peak hour service via: Fraserwood Industrial Park
- 1999 - Extended to Richmond Exchange at the weekends
- September 2001 - Former route 406 Railway/Vancouver renamed 410 Railway/22nd Street Station[4]
- August 2007 - Service rerouted to turn east onto Cook Road, Cooney Road northbound and then Lansdowne onto Three Road during construction of the Canada Line[5]
- September 2007 - Peak period service added along Fraserwood Way and Westminster Highway[6]
- April 2008 - Route joins the Frequent Transit Network (FTN)[7]
- September 2009 - Service frequency increased to take over parts of cancelled route 496 Railway/Burrard Station
