Stouffville (internally: 71 Stouffville) is a GO Transit train line operating in the Greater Toronto Area. The line runs from Toronto Union Station in the south to its northern terminus of Lincolnville GO Station. The line began service on September 7, 1982 and ran between Toronto Union Station and Stouffville GO Station. The line was later extended north to Lincolnville Station, with a handful of stops added in between.

Service on the Stouffville Line is augmented by a train-bus service outside peak periods, with connections to and from Uxbridge at Lincolnville GO Station during rush hours.

Five trips operate southbound to Union during AM rush hours and five trips operate northbound to Lincolnville during PM rush hours. A sixth northbound trip to Unionville was added in 2012, and a seventh will be added in 2013, both operating before PM rush hour service begins. All trips make all station stops with the exception of the first southbound trip, which operates express south of Unionville GO Station.

Service was originally provided by 6 car BiLevel trains. When service was expanded to two trains daily, trains going to Stouffville were stored overnight at Stouffville GO Station. A third train to Stouffville was added in the early 2000s, with a fourth train operating as far as Markham only. With storage space at Stouffville running out, Lincolnville Yard was opened in 2007, which allowed the storage of up to six 12-car trains. All trains were extended to operate to Lincolnville at this time, as well as lengthened to 10 cars in length. Due to growing ridership and crowding, the last three AM trains and the first four PM trains were extended to 12 cars in length in fall 2012, with platform extensions to all stations completed by December of that year.
