The Motor Coach Industries MC-7 was a 47 passenger motor coach produced from 1968-1973. The tag axle had one wheel per side and was not a drive axle. On early production units the tag axle was covered by a body panel. The baggage doors on later units used a cantilever design instead of the hinged design of the earlier units.

2,550 were built in total with 1,400 of them built for Greyhound USA.
