National Express East Anglia operates all national rail services from London Liverpool Street. All destinations on the Great Eastern Main Line are: Shenfield, Southend Victoria, Southminster, Upminster, Colchester, Clacton-on-sea, Walton-on-the-naze, Harwich, Ipswich and Norwich. All destinations on the West Anglia Main line are: Chingford, Enfield Town, Cheshunt, Broxbourne, Hertford East, Stansted Airport, Cambridge, Ely and Kings Lynn. National Express East Anglia also operates services from Norwich or Ipswich to Cambridge and Peterborough via the Breckland line through Wymondham or another route through Bury St. Edmund's.

A Class 317 in Stansted Express livery is seen at Ware on a local service to Hertford East. A common sight nowadays. Stansted Express stock is used on local services when Stansted Express services don't need them.
