Fallowfield Station is located at Woodroffe Avenue and Fallowfield Road in the Barrhaven community, next to VIA Rail's Fallowfield Station. An adjacent park and ride lot has spaces for 1,095 cars.

Originally opened on December 24, 2000 as just a transfer point, this brought forward the extension of route 95 from Baseline to Fallowfield, and the reduction of route 170, 171 and 173 from Baseline to Fallowfield. The park and ride and VIA Rail station opened later in 2002.
