Red Arrow Motorcoach, a division of Pacific Western Transportation, operates scheduled passenger service between Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton and Fort McMurray. They use only Prevost coaches, their current fleet consists of all H3-45's coaches except for one H3-40. All of Red Arrow's Prevost H3-45 coaches are equipped with wheelchair lifts. All Red Arrow coaches are also equipped with a small galley stocked with complementary drinks and light snacks for passengers. All coaches feature 2+1 seating, offering increased passenger privacy. Additionally, all coaches feature wireless internet hook ups as well as AC plug ins for portable electronic devices.

Red Arrow Motorcoach also operates the Spruce Meadows shuttle bus fleet in Calgary, AB. This fleet consists of seven well kept Ex-Calgary Transit, General Motors New Look buses. These buses operate during various Spruce Meadows Tournaments throughout the year. The buses are occasionally used on charter work as well.
