The Sociedade de Transportes Colectivos de Macau S.A.R.L (TCM) is one of two companies providing public bus transportation in the special administrative region of Macau.

On September 23, 2009, the Macau Transport Bureau, opened tenders for operation of it's public bus system. TCM submitted their bid the day tender closed November 24. The bid was alledgedly four minutes late and was rejected by the bureau.[1] Throughout early 2010, TCM seeks legal action to appeal. On May 7, 2010, the bureau decides to settle the dispute by awarding one group of routes directly to TCM and consults all three bus companies. In August, an agreement is made to award one group of routes to TCM and TCM drops all legal action.[2] The incident caused the date of the introduction of the revised bus system, originally intended to take effect October 15, to be pushed back. Transmac's and TCM's contracts have been extended to the end of July 2011.[3]
