This route operates overnight between approximately 2:00am and 5:30am. This route serves Oakwood Avenue betweeen Eglinton Avenue West and Davenport Road, Ossington Avenue between Davenport Road and Queen Street West, Shaw Street between Queen Street West and King Street West and Strachan Avenue between King Street West and Fleet Street. The northern terminus is Eglinton West Station and the southern terminus is the Exhibition Grounds. After arriving at Exhibition Loop, buses continue west on 329 Dufferin , and 329 buses continue east on 316.
