Agence métropolitaine de transport 1310-1313 were 1959 GMDD GP9u locomotives (CN GP9RM rebuilds).

They were transferred as part of STCUM's takeover of CN's commuter service into Montreal in 1990. They were rebuilt as GP9RM units by CN at their Pointe St. Charles shop in 1989 from former CN GP9 freight units, receiving a full rebuild and upgrade at the time of transfer, including replacing the original EMD 16-567C prime mover with a 16-645C engine (567 with 645 power assemblies), a chopped short hood, rebuilt cabs and upgraded electronics.

They were retired upon delivery of the Bombardier ALP-45DP locomotives (1350-1369).
