Agence métropolitaine de transport 600-606 were CC&F Engine Generator Cars. They were used to provide electrical power to passenger cars.
These cars were primarily paired with GP9u locomotives 1310-1313, which were not equipped with HEP generators. Once the GP9u locomotives were retired, the EGCs were surplus and were also retired.
