History

• Philippe Bouchard started operating service in the Alma area in 1938.
• Renamed Alma Autobus & Taxis on July 15, 1953.
• Charter permits transferred to Autocar La Capitale in June 2004.
• Created a subsidiary in 2004 named Autocar du Royaume.
• Acquired by Group Autocar Jeannois as a wholly owned subsidiary in September 2014.
