ANNAX (officially ANNAX Anzeigesysteme GmbH) is a manufacturer of passenger information systems based in Brunnthal, Germany.
In March 2018, ANNAX was acquired by the Wabtec Corporation.
History
ANNAX was founded on January 1st, 1996 through a management buy-out and divestment by Robert Bosch GmbH of Gerlingen, Germany.
As of March 26, 2018, ANNAX was acquired by the Wabtec Corporation, where it continues to operate as a semi-independent business unit.
