- 6A Letitia - Clockwise service which runs via downtown, Dunlop, Cedar Pointe, Leacock, Livingstone, Georgian Mall, Cundles, Duckworth, Georgian College, Wellington, and back to downtown.
- 6B College - Counter-clockwise service which follows the reverse routing of 6A.

- August 17, 2013 - As part of a reorganization of Barrie Transit routes, route 6A/6B is introduced.
