Belleville Transit 9147 was a TC40-102N (Classic) bus built in 1991 by Motor Coach Industries. This bus appears to have replaced #31 (needs confirmation).
Like other Classics and New Looks, this bus received 'kneeling' stickers. Rather than being beside the destination sign, due to this Classic receiving the large sign, the kneeling stickers were placed inside the sign, causing them to suncolor.
