History

[1]

  • Incorporated in May 1942 with Norman C. Schell as president.
  • Operated transit service in Woodstock from June 26, 1942 until January 31, 1951.
  • It also appears that it took over intercity service to Tillsonburg, London and Ingersoll previously provided by Woodstock, Thames Valley & Ingersoll Electric Railway. These runs would be sold to Eastern Canadian Greyhound Lines in January 1951.
  • Bought Stratford Coach Lines in January 1947.
