Bombardier CRJ

The Bombardier CRJ (Canadair Regional Jet) is a commercial aircraft in the 50 to 100 seat class unveiled in 1991.

The aircraft is based off of the Canadair Challenger design, after Bombardier purchased Canadair in 1986.

In the late 2010s, Bombardier announced the acquisition of the CRJ programme by Mitsubishi, with transfer to occur in 2020.
