Brampton Transit 0701-0715
Brampton Transit 0701-0715 are Nova Bus LFS buses built in 2007. This series of buses features the redesigned LFS headlights. They also feature the newer EPA07 emission engines and the first order with the new American Seating InSight seats which debut in 2006. This batch also features one less seat than the previous batches since the first set of seats behind the driver (in front of the wheels) has been replaced with a single side facing seat. The total number of seats for this batch is 37 seats or 31 seats with 2 sets of wheelchair seats. The subsequent 2008-2009 orders follow these exact same specs except for Brampton Transit 0917-0926 which have Nova's 3rd generation re-design.
All units were were built in late 2007 and delivered by the end of December 2007, and stored at the public works yard on Rutherford Road before entering service during January and February 2008. This resulted in the retirement of some Orion I's, and the final remaining 1987 Classics.
