Brampton Transit 2475-2492

Brampton Transit 2475-2492 are 2024 model articulated New Flyer XD60 buses. All of these units will be dedicated to Züm service. This order is part of an extension of a contract for Züm buses awarded in 2017. There were also 22 conventional buses purchased alongside these buses.

While the contract was for diesel-electric hybrid buses, these buses were built with conventional diesel drivetrains. At the time, an EPA 2024-compliant engine for articulated buses was not available. New Flyer paused production of the XDE60 until the engine became available later in 2024.
