The Bus and Coach International Falcon 45 is a 45 foot luxury motorcoach. Initially manufactured by Wuxi Anyuan in China as the PK6137, it was later manufactured by Bonluck Bus in Nanchang, China as the JXK6137.[1] The coach was adapted for North America and was able to be sold at a competitively low price. BCI launched the Falcon 45 at the 2007 UMA Expo in New Orleans, Louisiana. It was produced until late 2010 when BCI terminated its agreement with Bonluck Bus. As a result, the Falcon 45 was sold through LZ Busline. They sold approximately 17 more coaches before ceasing operations in 2015. Bonluck Bus entered the North American market on their own through their subsidiary CHTC USA.

The Falcon 45 used a "SupaGal" steel frame, where the hollow sections are hot-dipped galvanized internally and externally. The exterior panels were steel and the roof was fiberglass. The Falcon 45 came standard with the Eaton VORAD Always Alert anti-collision warning system, SmartCruise system, reversing camera, and seat belts on all seats. It also featured a lavatory exhaust system that pulled gases under the motorcoach instead of into it.

The coach is powered by a diesel engine mounted at the rear. Caterpillar and Cummins engines were originally offered. EPA 2010 compliant coaches used the International MaxxForce 13, which does not rely on the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) process. BCI believed this would be attractive to buyers who did not wish to deal with the added cost and work associated with the SCR system. The engine cradle and cooling system were also updated.[2]

In 2009, the front a rear of the coach were revised with new tail lights and headlamps. The design was simplified and used more standard off-the-shelf parts.
