CPTDB Wiki talk:Photographs
A short description mentioning where and when the photo was taken would go a long way towards making the Wiki a lot more beneficial to those of us who track vehicle movements, and would also potentially allow for searching by description text should such a feature be added in the future. - I would agree, and while it does show up for every photo upload, there is no way to force it. I am guilty of not filling them out most of the time. --A. Wong 23:08, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
About photo quality...
Does anyone else think that these standards regarding photo quality should be followed to some extent? We have people replacing photos with photos featuring lower-quality, grainy, out of focus, blurry, blocked subjects, etc...
I don't mind if the bus is slightly cut off, but photos where the subject is blocked are just...it doesn't make sense, does it? Let me know what you guys think; we're in this together.
And of course, this doesn't apply to content which is new. I'm talking about replacing older photos. D. Yip 21:33, 27 May 2009 (UTC)
