Canadian American Coaches and Canadian American Trailways operated from the Union Bus Terminal in Windsor. They were located in East Windsor, Ontario. and the president and manager was F. Cyril Copper.
History
- Canadian American Coaches Ltd. began on May 28, 1930.
- Their route: Detroit, MI - Windsor - Chatham - London - Ingersoll - Woodstock - Paris - Brantford - Hamilton (via Highway #2) - St. Catharines - Niagara Falls (via Highway #8) - Buffalo, NY. (May 28, 1930).
- In April 1934, Canadian American Coaches Ltd. began using the motto and herald "The Bulldog Line" on its buses.
- In June 1936, Canadian American Coaches Ltd. joined the National Trailways System and the name became Canadian American Trailways Ltd.
- In September 1938, Canadian American Trailways was operating 16 buses.
- On December 30, 1939, Canadian American Trailways and routes were sold to Toronto Greyhound Lines Ltd. for $140,000.
