Cardinal Coach Lines 1729 was a 1995 model Corbeil International 3800 bus. The unit featured rear LED brake/turn signals and an interior speaker/PA system.
The unit was originally purchased from Capital Bus Sales in Newmarket, Ontario. Sometime in the 2000s, the unit had its last two rows of seats removed on each side in favor of a custom-built storage area. This area was assembled by connecting metallic rods to the row 20 seat frames and the rear body frame, and then affixing cargo nets to the perimeter.
