Cardinal Coach Lines 2569-2576, 3118-3162, 3357 were 2003 model Thomas FS-65 buses. Their features included tinted windows, a driver-side emergency exit door, and a rear-mounted stop sign. A unique characteristic of these units is that they lacked an emergency roof hatches, despite most units their age already having it as a standard feature.

The units began their lives in 2002 at a Cardinal Transportation Ltd. branch in Los Angeles, California. Beginning in late 2006, the units would begin to be transferred to Canada, with most units ending up at the Calgary branch. A handful of units were sent directly to the Saskatoon branch in Saskatchewan. Unlike their sister units in Alberta, these units would be retrofitted with roof hatches and emergency window exits.

The units were used extensively on regular school service from 2006 until 2017, at which point many units began to be retired. By the end of 2019, all units had been retired.
