Cardinal Coach Lines 2631-2634, 2636-2637 were 2006 model Thomas FS-65 buses. The units were delivered brand new alongside 2635 to the Calgary branch for exclusive use on the company's Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School routes, and featured white bodies with black rubrails, air brakes, rear LED lights, an underfloor luggage bay on the passenger door side, interior luggage racks, high-backed seats, and an internal speaker/PA system.

The units were used exclusively on the Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School routes and special charter work until the end of December 2012, at which point they began to be replaced by newly delivered Thomas Saf-T-Liner EFXs numbered 132270-132277. At least two units; 2632 and 2637; were transferred north to Fort McMurray for use on the company's oil sands contracts, while the other units were transferred to the company's Winnipeg branch. It is presumed that all units from this series are retired as of 2024.
