Cardinal Coach Lines 2640-2654

Cardinal Coach Lines 2640-2654 were 2006 model Thomas FS-65 buses manufactured in February 2005 in High Point, North Carolina. Not long after, they were all delivered to the Calgary branch, sporting all-yellow bodies that are atypical to school buses in Alberta.

In May 2016, some units had their rubrails painted into the typical black color, and by September 2016, all units in the series had the same modification made. Most of the units were last spotted in June 2019, and it is assumed that most (if not all) have since been retired. The last confirmed sighting of any unit from this series was in June 2023, when 2649 was spotted active in Airdrie. 2649 would go on to be retired two months later.
