Cardinal Coach Lines 3024 was a 1998 model Thomas Saf-T-Liner MVP ER bus. It was purchased second-hand from an unknown operator in the United States and arrived in Calgary in 2006. The unit featured short untinted windows, dual roof hatches, and an interior speaker/PA system.
As the only Saf-T-Liner MVP ER in the Calgary area, 3024 was regarded as one of the rarest units among local school bus enthusiasts and was known for its elusiveness as it exclusively parked deep within the company's Main Yard. The unit was last spotted in August 2015, and is presumed to have been retired several months later.
