Central Ohio Transit Authority 8601-8624 were 1986 model GMC RTS-06 (T7J-606) buses built in early 1987.

21 buses (85xx & 86xx) had their wheelchair lifts reconditioned/overhauled in 2000 by Midwest Bus. 1 bus (85xx or 86xx?) was restored and reconditioned in 2000 as a prototype by Midwest Bus. The last of these buses retired sometime in 2008.
