The City of Winter Park provided buses for residents in Winter Park, who did not live near a Tri-County Transit bus stop. This service started in 1972, around the time Tri-County Transit started. They supplemented Tri-County Transit's bus service.
The buses operated around the east and west sides of the city, terminating at City Hall. For regular passengers, the fare was 25 cents. Handicap passengers paid 10 cents. Buses operated between 7 A.M. and 6 P.M.
