The Corporation de Transport Régional de Portneuf (CTRP) provides public transportation in the municipalities of the Portneuf region. The service started May 2010 with a daily shuttle linking cities in the eastern part of the region to Sainte-Foy and downtown Quebec City. A second route was launch in August 2011 serving western part of the region. The service was operated by Groupe Autobus Auger from it's inception to December 31st 2021. Intercar took over the operation from Auger starting January 1st 2022, a temporary fleet of motorcoaches is used until dedicated modified school buses are delivered later in 2022

Routes
- Route 1 operates from Saint-Raymond, Pont-Rouge and Neuville to Sainte-Foy Centre and downtown Quebec City (1 roundtrip daily)
- Route 2 operated from Saint-Marc-Des-Carrières, serving communities of Deschaubault, Portneuf, Cap-Santé, Donnacona and Neuville along route 138 to Sainte-Foy Centre and Quebec City (1 roundtrip daily).
