Downsview Park GO Station is a GO Transit train station located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The station is located on the south side of Sheppard Avenue West just east of Vitti Street/Bakersfield Street, and north of Downsview Park, after which this station was named for.
The station is divided into two separate buildings by the single track. There is one platform in operation, which serves both northbound and southbound trains, and is accessed through the east station building. There is a partially complete second platform connecting to the west station building and will open after construction to double-track the Barrie line is complete. A ticket vending machine is available and the ticket counters are open on weekdays during the mornings only for ticket purchases.
History
The station officially opened on December 17, 2017 with the rest of the TTC Line 1 subway extension to Vaughan. However, the station wasn't opened to GO Transit service until December 30, 2017. All train service on the Barrie line stops at the station.
