East Beaver Creek is a vivastation located at the intersection of Highway 7, Commerce Valley Drive East and East Beaver Creek Road in Markham and Richmond Hill, ON.

Basic

Eastbound:

• Located on the south side of the Highway 7 East Rapidway just east of Commerce Valley Drive East. Its stop number is 9732.

Westbound:

• Located on the north side of the Highway 7 East Rapidway just west of East Beaver Creek Road. Its stop number is 9733.

History

East Beaver Creek opened on September 4, 2005 as part of Viva phase 1. It originally served Viva Purple, and Viva Pink was added January 2, 2006 as part of Viva phase 4.

Both stops were relocated multiple times during vivaNext construction. The eastbound stop was relocated from the southwest to the southeast corner on January 10, 2012, then relocated again to the southwest corner on December 19, 2012. The westbound stop was relocated from the northeast to the northwest corner on February 7, 2012, then further west along Highway 7 on August 27, 2012, then to the northeast corner on December 5, 2012.

The first section of the Highway 7 East rapidway opened on August 18, 2013, which included the opening of the East Beaver Creek rapidway stations.
