Express Lotbinière provides public transportation in the municipality of Saint-Apollinaire and village of Laurier-Station. Bus service (operated by Autobus La Québécoise) commenced in 2009 under the name Écobus, but was rebranded Express Lotbinière as of September 2011.
The service is oriented towards worker and student commuters[2], aiming at keeping youth and young adults in Lotbinière region.[3]

Laissez-Passer Métropolitain (Monthly Metropolitan Pass), is not accepted, as the territories served by Express Lotbinière are located outside the Communauté Métropolitaine de Québec.

Routes
One fixed route is offered between Lotbinière and Québec via Lévis, alongside with a taxibus service inside the MRC.
Route 52 : Express Sainte-Foy
- Adoration chapel (Laurier-Station) and Saint-Apollinaire church (Saint-Apollinaire) to Parc-O-Bus du Pont (Lévis/Chutes-de-la-Chaudière-Ouest) and Sainte-Foy-Centre via cégep F.-X.-Garneau (Québec/Sainte-Foy―Sillery);
- Three peakbound and one counterpeak departures per direction are offered on weekdays;
- No service on weekends and holidays;
- No reservation is required.
Express Taxi
Express Lotbinière also offers for the residents of the region a taxibus service, operating at definite hours and at definite stops. Service is available on demand from 18 communities throughout Lotbinière towards the service poles of Sainte-Croix, Laurier-Station, Saint-Flavien, Saint-Apollinaire and Saint-Agapit [4].
Express Taxi Shuttle (cancelled)
Express Lotbinière offered an on-demand taxibus shuttle between communities of Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Cœur-d'Issoudun, Sainte-Croix, Saint-Édouard and Saint-Flavien mayor halls and the Laurier-Station bus shelter. The same service was also available between Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly and Saint-Agapit mayor halls and the Saint-Apollinaire bus shelter. The Express Taxi Shuttle used allows transfer with the earliest departures of the Express Lotbinière bus service.
