Foothill Transit F900-F907 were 1991 Gillig Phantom 35' (35/96TB/6V92T) buses. They were delivered with dual headlights (quads), later changed to single headlights (duals) due to CHP regulations regarding bike racks blocking the view of the headlights. They were later retrofitted with exhaust catalysts.
