The General Motors SDM-5301 was a 40 foot Suburban New Look built from 1959 to 1962 in the United States and 1963 in Canada. It was powered by a Detroit Diesel 8V71N and a manual transmission. The SDM-5301 featured all forward facing seats on a raised platform and optional A/C.
