The Gillig Microcoach was a small transit bus built off of the Ford P500 parcel delivery chassis. It was used as Gillig's entry into the small transit bus market after exclusively building school buses. Approximately 75 known units were built. The Microcoach line was spun off to Sportscoach as the Transcoach in 1974.
