6 Bridge is a conventional bus route operated by Grand River Transit. This route connects the Charles Street Transit Terminal and Conestoga Mall Terminal with the communities of Fairfield, Lexington, Lincoln, and Eastbridge.
As part of the 2013 Proposed Service Improvements Plan, the route was rerouted north to Conestoga Mall Terminal via Bridge Street and Northfield Drive, replacing sections of route 35 Eastbridge. Service to the community of Bridgeport was removed, and replaced by an extension of 5 Erb. The route was renamed from 6 Bridgeport to 6 Bridge to reflect continuous service along Bridge Street. Weekday and Saturday service was extended to 11:45pm, and Sunday service was introduced between 8:15am and 10:50pm.
Route 6 is interlined with the following routes at the following times:
- Route 4 during weekday rush hours and midday at the Charles St. Terminal.
- Route 31 during weekday evenings at Conestoga Mall.
- Route 11 during Saturday days at the Charles St. Terminal.
- Route 2 during Saturday evenings at the Charles St. Terminal.
