Guelph Transit Commission 143-151 were Orion 06.501 buses built in Oriskany, New York in 1998. They were the first low floor buses to be owned by Guelph Transit. The original order was for four units originally ordered in 1994 and four more as an option and were to be numbered 142-149, but was changed to an order of 9 numbered 143-151 and all arrived in 1998 after the Commission was taken over by the city in 1994.
