Halifax Transit 715-716 are New Flyer DE60LFR buses built in 2009.

Halifax Regional Council put out a tender for three diesel-electric hybrid articulated buses in September 2008. The contract was awarded to New Flyer, but two buses were purchased instead of three. They were delivered in December 2009, but stayed in the garage for a few months before being publicly unveiled and put into service on March 2, 2010. These buses were originally purchased for the Downtown shuttle route, which was later abandoned. They are now assigned to service on routes 1, 10, and 52.
