Halifax Transit route 54 'Montebello', in its current form, services the Caledonia/Montebello area of Westphal in Dartmouth via Main Street, Mic Mac Mall and Crichton Park, terminating at the Dartmouth Bridge Terminal on Alderney Drive in downtown Dartmouth. The schedule is planned so that the route meets with the incoming and outgoing ferries at the terminal. The route passes by several seniors' homes, and as such is heavily used by seniors, and was the first Dartmouth route to become low-floor only.
